This is the first week that we haven't swaddled Jack when he sleeps and he loves being free and stretching out! For the first two months, Jack loved being swaddled...that was the only way he would sleep. In the past few weeks, he has been trying to get out and trying to get his hands to his mouth. My plan was to swaddle him as long as I could but I felt bad because he couldn't get to his fingers. The first two nights, he woke up more then usual but now he's back on track and waking up once in the night. This morning he woke up and started sucking on his fingers and went right back to sleep for another hour...mommy was very happy to get that extra hour of sleep!
All stretched out during his afternoon nap!

Lucky you ... we did this for Will for many more months. I'm done for the summer - Will and I want to come meet Jack soon! Let's make plans :-)
Peyton hated being swaddled at about the same age. And she sprawled out just the same. Very cute!
